CASTING NOTICE
CASTING NOTICE:
James Townsend is seeking 3 actors for a new horror film currently in production. Actors should be in Los Angeles area and comfortable with gay-themes. Filming takes place over the course of the next week.

** FIGHTER -- in-shape, male in their 20s. Character is member of a fight-club. Scenes consist of fight/boxing.
** 2 MALE LOVERS -- casting 2 good-looking, male actors, in their 20s, to play a gay couple. Role consists of a make-out scene in underwear. (Please only submit if you are comfortable with the requirements)
Freak screens at IFS Film Festival
Freak the Film has been selected for the IFS Film Festival in Los Angeles! Venue takes place on March 20th - 27th in Santa Monica at Laemmle Monica, IFS Screening Room and IFS Theater. Program will be announced on February 20th on their website.
Freak The Film was written, directed and produced by Eric Casaccio.

AARON MILO MAKES 'IT GETS BETTER' VIDEO

Eric Casaccio is a Producer / Editor / Cinematographer / Writer & Director, born on April 5th, 1972 in Malden, MA, USA.
Eric Casaccio has been involved in several different areas of the entertainment industry. He got his start performing in Boston Regional Theatre Productions, including Arthur Miller’s The Crucible as well as the independent feature films Temps starring Seymour Cassel and The North End starring Frank Vincent.
During his tenure as an Assistant Casting Director at Boston Casting, he recruited talent for commercials, industrials, theater productions and independent films.

PRIVATE ROMEO SCREENS IN NYC
The romantic drama feature 'Private Romeo' from writer/director Alan Brown will have its opening screening at the Cinema Village in NYC on Friday Feb. 10th.
Adam Barrie, Chris Bresky, Sean Hudock and Bobby Moreno will be present
for the screenings and Q&A's on Friday Feb. 10th and Saturday Feb.
11th. Tickets will be available at Cinema Village.
The film is based on William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet
When eight cadets are left behind at an isolated military high school, the greatest romantic drama ever written seeps out of the classroom and permeates their lives. Incorporating the original text of Romeo and Juliet, YouTube videos, and lip-synced indie rock music, Private Romeo takes us to a mysterious and tender place that only Shakespeare could have inspired.
Starring Seth Numrich, Matt Doyle, Hale Appleman, Chris Bresky, Sean Hudock, Adam Barrie, Bobby Moreno, and Charlie Barnett.
In July 2011, the entire cast of Private Romeo was honored with the Grand Jury Award for Best Actor.

OSCAR NOMINATION FOR 'BEGINNERS' STAR CHRISTOPHER PLUMMER
The nominees are in for the
84th annual Academy Awards Christopher Plummer has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in the comedy/drama film BEGINNERS by writer/director Mike Mills.
Christopher plays Hal, who – following 44 years of marriage – came out of the closet at age 75 to live a full, energized, and wonderfully tumultuous gay life. The upheavals of Hal’s new honesty, by turns funny and moving, brought father and son (Golden Globe Award nominee Ewan McGregor) closer than they’d ever been able to be.
'BEGINNERS' has also received a nomination for the GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Award in the category 'Outstanding Film - Wide release' earlier this month.

Director Elliot London on Pride Of The Ocean
Film maker Elliot London is to be a speaker on the film maker panels on Pride Of The Ocean.
Elliot London is the owner and founder of London Productions, (Associate) producer of 7 movies. He was born in Australia, moved to Chicago at an early age where he spent most of his life. As young as the age of ten he took classes in the New American Theatre. Elliot moved to Sydney, Australia where he assisted producer Brenton Kewely..
In 2002 Elliot London moved back to the United States. He enrolled in the Columbia Film School in Chicago. He majored in Film Directing, with an internship with The Jerry Springer Show. In 2005 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream in film making. It lead to the feature film Dirty Laundry for which he was the associate producer. Elliot worked on the feature film Ski Trip 2 with Maurice Jamal, director of The Ski Trip. Elliot went on to form his own company 'London Productions'.
In 2007 London joined forces with wrtier Jennifer Klieman to create the concept of a new TV-series. "Boulevard' was London's debut as a director, which is currently being developed into a web series. Boulevard was showcased at the 2009 Cannes Short Film Corner. Elliot London continued to develop various short- as well as feature films and TV-series. His short film '306' played at ten film festivals and received over 10k hits on Vimeo. London has had many editorials written about his up-and-coming work as a director, one being a national article inInstinct Magazine which was published in 2009.
